Note: We are open year-round however most of the above are not available during the winter months from Nov 1st to Mar 31st.
How to Book
Step 1 - Determine how many people will be in your group as this will help you decide which suite options will work for you.
Step 2 - Choose your dates based on availability for your desired suite from the calendars below.
Note: Minimum stay of 2 nights. Rental is for the entire suite, we do not rent by the room. Blocks labelled ‘busy’ indicate the suite is already booked for those dates. If you have a group of more than 2 people and our tutti 1 suite is already booked for the dates you wanted, consider booking both our tutti 2 & tutti bunkie suites together to accommodate your group and have a full kitchen in the tutti 2 suite to cook your meals in.
Step 3 - Send us an email with your booking request - tuttigravelinc@outlook.com
Step 4 - We will reply within 24 hours to confirm availability for your chosen dates, booking total and payment options to secure your dates.
Note: Please check your ‘Junk Folder’ for our reply.
Step 5 - Once we’ve received your payment, we will send you a payment receipt and your dates will be secured.
Step 6 - Let the stoke begin for your upcoming TGI experience :)
Change of Plans?
Because we have a small number of suites, we have a strict cancellation policy since last minute changes give us little time to rebook the suites. Should you need to cancel your booking, the following will apply.
Booking Cancellation Policy
- If cancellations are required after your booking is confirmed, a $125 cancellation fee will apply.
- Cancellations received within 60 days of your check in date will not receive a refund.
- In the event that you check in and need an early departure, no refund of your booking will apply.
tutti 1
Tutti Gravel Inn is one big house that is divided into 2 suites. Our tutti 1 suite is very spacious and has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom (High Bar Room) has a king size bed and a queen size bed. Two of the bedrooms (Jesmond Room & Big Bar Room) each have a queen size bed. Two of the bedrooms (Chasm Room & Meadow Lake Room) have 2 separate twin beds. The living room also has a futon and a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a full size fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, blender and a coffee maker. We also provide all of the dishes and kitchen utensils for your cooking needs. There are 2 dining tables and a large living room. There is a washer & dryer so you can do laundry during your stay. All linens are provided. This suite can accommodate 10 guests (possibly more depending on sleeping arrangements ie. couples sharing a bed vs. singles having a bed to themselves). If your group is all singles, this suite will accommodate 8-10 guests with each guest having their own bed. If your group is a mix of singles & couples, then the suite will accommodate more than 8-10 guests. There is also a bike storage room in the suite.
Rates - taxes not included
Apr 1, 2024 - Oct 31, 2024 = $400.00 per night - one to four guests
For each guest after 4, there will be an additional fee of $80.00 per person per night.
Rental is for the entire suite.
tutti 2
Tutti Gravel Inn is one big house that is divided into 2 suites. Our tutti 2 suite has been fully renovated and has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the living room has a sofa bed, dining table and bike hooks to hang your bikes. The kitchen is equipped with an apartment size fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, blender and a french press. We also provide all of the dishes and kitchen utensils for your cooking needs. All linens are provided. This suite can accommodate up to 2 guests.
Rates - taxes not included
Apr 1, 2024 - Oct 31, 2024 = $200.00 per night - one to two guests
Rental is for the entire suite.
tutti bunkie
Our tutti Bunkie is a new 100 sqft bunkhouse with separate wash house equipped with a composting toilet & shower.
Dreaming of cabin life? This suite option has a double loft bed and a double sofa bed perfect for singles, couples or 2 friends happy to share the space but have separate beds. There is no kitchen but you can store food in the fridge in our clubhouse and use the bbq for cooking. Or if you prefer letting someone else do all the cooking for you, take advantage of our coffee bar in the mornings and wood fired pizza one evening or head out for some local fare in town. All linens are provided and if you are coming to ride, you will have secure bike storage. This suite can accommodate up to 2 guests.

Rental is for the entire Bunkie & Wash House.
