How to Register for Gravel Goddess Camps:
Step 1: Click on the email link above beside the camp you want to sign up for and provide us with your information by completing the email form with your camp registration details (see note below).
Step 2: To confirm your registration, please send payment for your entry fee via etransfer to tuttigravelinc@outlook.com
Note: If you are able to click on the email link above and fill out the form, then registration is still open. The email link will be removed when the camp is full and the camp will be marked as SOLD OUT. Your registration is not confirmed until we’ve received both your payment for your entry fee and your camp registration details. We will confirm receipt of payment by replying to your email.
What’s included?
Accommodations in our tutti 1 suite x 3 nights:
Our tutti 1 suite is very spacious with 5 bedrooms and 2 shared bathrooms plus a full kitchen equipped with a full size fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, blender and a coffee maker. There are 2 dining tables and a large living room. All linens are provided. There is also a bike/gear storage room in the suite.
Room options are as follows:
Deluxe Shared Room x 1: Master Bedroom fit for 2 Goddesses. Our High Bar Room has a king size bed and a queen size bed giving you plenty of space to spread your wings.
Standard Shared Rooms x 2: Our Chasm & Meadow Lake Rooms each have 2 separate twin beds.
Standard Single Rooms x 2: Our Jesmond & Big Bar Rooms each have a queen size bed.
Note: Please select your room option when registering for camp and visit our Accommodation page to see photos of the room options. Shared rooms are based on double occupancy where there are 2 separate beds. Single occupancy in a shared room will incur an additional fee of $200.
Meals – each goddess will get 3 dinners (Friday, Saturday & Sunday), 2 Breakfasts (Saturday, Sunday) & 2 Lunches (Saturday & Sunday)
Guided Rides & Ride Support x 3 rides (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
Be prepared to ride 3 consecutive days with distances varying from 25km to 65km and elevation up to 1000m on our biggest ride. You will enjoy a variety of terrain and landscapes on Clinton’s diverse gravel (you will experience a mix of hard packed ranch roads, single & double track trails).
Note: Rides are subject to change based on weather or other factors out of our control.
We will touch on gravel safety and gravel riding etiquette/rules of the road!

Once you arrive at TGI, your only job is to eat, sleep, ride and be a Goddess for the weekend.

Camp Schedule
Day 1 (Friday): We’re Here For A Good Time, Not A Long Time!
Everyone arrives and checks into TGI between 11am - 12pm for introductions, property orientation & some cool TGI history, settle into accommodations & get bikes dialed in for our 1st guided ride followed by happy hour and dinner.
Day 2 (Saturday): Let’s Ride!
Breakfast followed by our 2nd guided ride, lunch, Goddess Chill Time, happy hour & dinner.
Day 3 (Sunday): Shut Up Legs!
Breakfast, 3rd guided ride, lunch, more Goddess Chill Time, happy hour & the Last Supper!
Day 4 (Monday): So Long, Farewell, It’s Time to Say Goodbye :(
Light Breakfast, everyone checks out by 11am, no planned ride in case people need to depart early – keep calm & pedal on!

Join us for an awesome weekend that benefits the BC SPCA! For 2026, we will be mixing things up and going back to 1 day so stay tuned for all the juicy details!
* These are not competitive races in any capacity and are being organized as fun but challenging rides.

Event Refund Policy
Should our event need to be canceled due to force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters or travel restrictions for Clinton, an event credit will be issued for the amount paid for the event that may be applied to future events.
If you’ve registered for one of our events and aren’t able to attend, the following options will apply:
Transfer your registration to a lucky friend. To make a transfer request, simply email us at tuttigravelinc@outlook.com with your lucky friend in copy and also include their first & last name and phone number.
Event registration is 50% refundable if canceled greater than 60 days from the event start date.
No registration refund if canceled less than 60 days from the event start date.
Exceptions to our cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather or personal emergencies.
We highly recommend that you purchase event insurance when you register, which may cover you for illness and other issues that may lead to you not being able to participate.
