Cariboo Gravel Rush -

May 19, 2024

Join us for an awesome gravel ride that benefits the BC SPCA! There will be prizes along with food and drinks afterwards.

* This is not a competitive race in any capacity and is being organized as a fun but challenging ride.

We will do a different route than we did in 2023 but riders can expect approximately a 100km distance of varied Cariboo terrain. Gravel bikes with a minimum of 700x40c are recommended.

The May long weekend is also the time of the historic Clinton Annual Ball which will be celebrating its 156th edition in 2023. Having our CGR ride the same weekend as the ball with it being “the longest running event of its kind in Canada” really ties it all together.

CGR Entry Fee: $100/person

How to Register for CGR:

Step 1: Click on this email link - Sign Me Up for Cariboo Gravel Rush 2024! and provide us with your full name and phone number (see note below).

Step 2: To confirm your registration, please send payment for your entry fee of $100/person via etransfer to tuttigravelinc@outlook.com

Note: If you are able to click on the email link above and fill out the form, then registration is still open. The email link will be removed when entries are full. Your registration is not confirmed until we’ve received payment for your entry fee. We will confirm receipt of payment by replying to your email.

“The Prospector” Gravel Race - June 30, 2024

The life of a prospector was not easy but as history shows us it sure was one hell of an adventure. They kept pushing on and endured plenty of hardship in those days in search of fame and fortune. They were tough as nails. Sometimes they even struck it rich and found gold. The spirit of this race is to seek out new roads and trails to link together and reward finishers with a great Cariboo gravel experience.

GRAVEL IS THE NEW GOLD!

100km-ish mixed terrain course with timed segments. There will be wide open gravel roads, double track and singletrack. Riders with a variety of skills will be in their element. Expect to suffer. Hope to finish.

Gravel bikes with 40mm+ tires are strongly recommended. Mtb’s and e-bikes also welcome. E-bikes not eligible for prizes in timed segments. NO ROAD BIKES!

Prizes for each timed Strava segment and an overall Prospector will be crowned.

Delicious food & good times in the Cariboo.

Note: There will be minimal course markings so competitors are expected to navigate the route using their own GPS device.
